A sunny 1-5 person house in Spain; where you can relax, be happy and enjoy!

Location
From Alicante airport it is only a 20 minute drive to Casa Soleada; where you can easily travel by (rental) car, taxi or bus!
Casa Soleada is located in the urbanization La Marina, only 5 km from the beautiful sandy beaches of La Marina.
The house is quietly situated on a dead-end street where only local traffic comes. The house has a private parking space on its own property.
At the end of the street of 21 houses is the communal swimming pool, where you can cool off in a few steps.
In addition to the quiet surroundings, there are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops in the area (even within walking distance) that are open all year round. How convenient!

The cottage / layout
Enjoy a wonderful stay in our comfortable 5-person holiday home of 57 m², ideal for a relaxing holiday!
The house has a cozy living / dining room, 2 attractive bedrooms, a modern bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen, in which you are provided with all the comforts (including a dishwasher). For our youngest guests there is a high chair and a fold-out cot. So they will also feel at home!
Both bedrooms and the living room have blackout shutters.
Whether it is summer or winter, thanks to the hot and cold air conditioning in the living room and air conditioners in both bedrooms, it is always pleasant to stay in Casa Soleada.

Free WiFi and additional facilities
Inside you can enjoy yourself by relaxing watching TV on the smart TV with many channels in different languages, reading a book or playing a game. It can all be found in our cottage!
For those who want to work quietly, there is a separate workspace. The house has free WiFi.
In the storage room you will find a washing machine. You will also find the luxury beach mats and beach toys there.

Jacuzzi
There is also plenty to enjoy around the house! There is a seat in the front garden, a lounge set in the back garden and a beautiful large and sunny roof terrace with a lovely garden set, two sunbeds and even a jacuzzi for optimal relaxation!
If you walk out of the garden, you can take a dip in the lovely swimming pool.

Towels and made beds
If you book a stay at Casa Soleada, a set of towels is ready for each guest (1 large, 1 small, 1 large hammam towel) and the beds are already made upon arrival. How nice!
